North Bay Chambers
Law Society of Ontario (Called to the Bar in 1993)
“A real estate purchase or an estate plan is one of the most significant milestones in a person's life. Being approachable, thorough, and attentive is at the core of everything I do.”
Born and raised in the North Bay area, Lucie Laperrière Rochefort attended Laurentian University and completed her legal studies at the University of Ottawa in 1990. She articled for one of Ottawa’s most prominent law firms and was then called to the bar in 1993. Having previously held positions at the Supreme Court of Canada and the Ministry of Community and Social Services, Lucie opened her practice in North Bay and became one of the city’s first bilingual female sole practitioners. Through hard work, dedication, and a particular client-oriented style of business, she established herself as one of the area’s leading real estate lawyers. This dedication to her clients continues to define her today as she remains very much an approachable and attentive lawyer. Committed to providing excellence in legal services to her clients, Lucie also obtained a Certificate from Osgoode Hall Law School Continuing Education in the area of intensive estate planning and administration.
