Born in Mississauga and raised between Mississauga and North Bay, Kaitlyn graduated with an Honours B.A. in Criminology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2017 and completed her Paralegal Diploma with CTS Canadian Career College in 2022. She joined the firm in February 2023 and was licensed in October 2023, providing essential litigation and administrative support across diverse practice areas.
